How WorthIt works
You already give away valuable work. WorthIt lets the people who benefited pay for it after the fact, voluntarily, at the price they think it deserved.
Create a WorthIt link for a piece of work
Tell WorthIt what you made: an article, a tool, a newsletter edition, a guide. You get a dedicated payment page with your own question, like “What was this article worth to you?”, and suggested amounts you control.
Add the button wherever your work lives
Copy a link, an HTML button, an email-safe newsletter button, a Markdown snippet or a QR code. The button works without JavaScript and never touches your readers' payment details.
Supporters pay what it was worth, no account needed
They pick an amount or enter their own, optionally leave their name, and pay securely through Stripe Checkout. The whole thing takes under a minute on any device.
See exactly which work earned it
Every payment is attributed to a specific content item and source: your newsletter, your site, a Markdown link in a README, a QR code at a talk. Your analytics show which work, and which channel, actually earned it.
What it costs
WorthIt charges a 0% platform fee on each successful payment as a launch offer until 30 September 2026; the standard fee of 3% applies after that. There is no monthly charge. Stripe’s payment-processing fees also apply and are separate from the platform fee. Payments go to your own Stripe account. WorthIt never holds your money.
